Our warehouses are purpose-built for storage excellence. Temperature and humidity levels are maintained within optimal ranges using industrial HVAC systems to prevent damage to wood furniture, electronics, fabrics, and leather goods. Dehumidifiers run continuously in monsoon-prone regions to combat moisture that can cause mold and mildew.

Security is multi-layered. Entry is controlled through biometric access systems, and every corridor, loading dock, and storage bay is covered by high-definition CCTV cameras with 90-day recording retention. Trained security guards patrol the premises 24/7, and the facility is connected to a centralized alarm monitoring station. Fire protection includes smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, and dry chemical fire extinguishers positioned throughout the facility.

Pest management follows a strict quarterly fumigation schedule with monthly inspections. All items are stored on raised pallets or shelving to prevent contact with the floor. The facility undergoes regular structural inspections to ensure there are no leaks, cracks, or entry points for pests. These measures combined guarantee that your belongings are stored in a clean, safe, and controlled environment.

Getting your goods into and out of storage is completely hassle-free. Our team arrives at your location with the appropriate vehicle, packs your items professionally if they are not already packed, loads them carefully, and transports them to the nearest warehouse facility. The same process works in reverse when you are ready to retrieve your belongings — we deliver them right to your doorstep at the scheduled time.

Both pickup and delivery services are included in our storage plans at no additional charge within the city limits. For inter-city transfers to or from our warehouse network, standard transport charges apply. You can schedule multiple partial retrievals if you need access to specific items without removing everything from storage.

All items stored in our warehouses are covered by our in-house storage insurance policy, which protects against fire, theft, water damage, and natural disasters. The basic coverage is included in your monthly storage fee. For high-value items such as artwork, antiques, jewelry, and electronics, we offer enhanced coverage with agreed-value settlements. You can increase or modify your coverage at any time during the storage period.
