Bike Relocation

We start by checking the bike with you and recording its visible condition. Photographs of the body panels, wheels, mirrors and other exposed parts give us a reference for the delivery handover. Accessories such as loose luggage, phone mounts and detachable fittings should be removed or discussed before packing.

The team protects contact points and vulnerable surfaces with suitable padding. Mirrors, windscreens, fairings and the fuel tank may need extra attention depending on the model. We plan the packing around the bike rather than treating every two-wheeler the same way.

For transport, the bike is held upright in a suitable frame or crate and secured so it cannot roll or tip. The chosen method depends on the size and shape of the motorcycle or scooter and the space available in the transport vehicle.

At the destination, the bike is unloaded and its protective packing is removed carefully. You can inspect the bodywork, controls and accessories against the pickup record before completing the handover. If someone else is receiving the bike, share their name and contact details with us in advance.

Before riding, check the mirrors and any parts that were secured or detached for transport. Confirm that the keys and documents handed over at pickup have been returned. A calm final check is the easiest way to close out the move.

Transit insurance is available if you want additional protection. Ask about coverage and declared value when requesting your quote so you understand the policy terms before the bike is collected.
